Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary agreements or promotional terms published on the 0k37 platform:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 0k37 website, completing the registration process, using the 0k37 Login system, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accepting any bonus offered by 0k37, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the following documents incorporated by reference:

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the 0k37 platform is strictly conditional upon satisfying all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing 0k37 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law as it applies to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 0k37 is lawful in your location.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Individuals who are legally incapacitated or acting under guardianship may not register.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order — whether imposed through 0k37's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party gambling exclusion scheme.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended 0k37 account. Each individual is permitted one account only.

0k37 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 0k37 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 0k37 services — including PKR deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create a verified 0k37 account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• One Account Per Person: Registering more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held therein.
• Login Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 0k37 Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your 0k37 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 0k37 support immediately at support at 0k37.org. 0k37 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that you failed to report promptly.
• Account Updates: You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method must be submitted through the verified account settings process.

Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Payments

All financial transactions on the 0k37 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all deposits, withdrawals, and payment method usage:

• Accepted Methods: 0k37 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit is PKR 300. 0k37 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods or promotional periods.
• Deposit Processing: PKR deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 0k37 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the respective payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time determined by the originating bank.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted by verified account holders are processed by 0k37 within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification requirements.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that are legally yours. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods registered to another individual, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
• No Fees by 0k37: 0k37 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any charges levied by your payment provider are outside 0k37's control and are your sole responsibility.
• Fund Segregation: All player PKR balances are maintained in accounts that are segregated from 0k37's operational funds, ensuring that your balance is protected and available for withdrawal at all times subject to these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

0k37 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered account holders. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as PKR. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to complete wagering within the specified validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active in your 0k37 account, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is PKR 500 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus voiding and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms. Cricket betting contributions are stated in PSL-specific promotion pages.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your 0k37 account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion. Depositing to claim a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in the previous bonus being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: 0k37 takes bonus abuse seriously. Creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using coordinated wagering strategies to exploit bonus structures, or any other form of systematic bonus manipulation will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• No Guarantee of Bonuses: 0k37 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. The availability of any bonus is not guaranteed and is entirely at 0k37's discretion.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all wagering activity on the 0k37 platform across the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and all other game types:

• Finality of Settled Bets: Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the 0k37 system, it is binding. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after acceptance except where explicitly permitted by a specific market's cash-out feature.
• Erroneous Odds: 0k37 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by technical errors, data feed failures, or human input errors. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player's account in full.
• Cricket & PSL Markets: PSL and international cricket markets are governed by 0k37's Cricket Betting Rules, which are published in the 0k37 sportsbook. In the event of match abandonment, interruption, or result changes by the governing body, settlement will follow the applicable cricket rules in force at the time of the event.
• Responsible Wagering: Players are encouraged to set deposit and wager limits through 0k37's responsible gaming tools prior to commencing play. These tools are available directly within account settings following every 0k37 Login.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a disconnection or platform failure during a live casino session or in-play bet, 0k37 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on the state of play at the time of disconnection. The decision of 0k37's adjudication team in such cases is final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 0k37 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one 0k37 account or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any KYC (Know Your Customer) process
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to make deposits
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using 0k37 to process proceeds of crime
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected bug must be reported to support immediately and are subject to voiding
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 0k37 platform in any way, including placing bets, navigating the lobby, or manipulating game outcomes
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker variants, or any other multiplayer format available on 0k37
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using offensive language toward 0k37 staff, live dealers, or other platform users
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the 0k37 platform
• Circumventing any geolocation, age verification, or identity verification control implemented by 0k37

Responsible Gaming

0k37 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are enforceable at 0k37's discretion:

• Age Restriction: 0k37 is strictly a 21+ platform. Minors are prohibited from accessing or using the platform in any capacity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion at any time via account settings. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. 0k37 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent a self-excluded player from accessing their account during the exclusion period.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits via account settings. Limit reductions take immediate effect; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate session-duration alerts that notify them of the time elapsed and total amount wagered during the current session at configurable intervals.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days via account settings without requiring support intervention.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 0k37 platform — including but not limited to the 0k37 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text content, software, trademarks, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 0k37 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 0k37 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the 0k37 platform without prior written consent
• Use the 0k37 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without authorisation
• Create derivative works based on 0k37 content
• Use 0k37 content for any commercial purpose whatsoever

Any unauthorised use of 0k37 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0k37 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express, implied, or statutory — regarding the platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from error.

0k37's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 0k37 platform shall not exceed the total PKR amount deposited by that Player into their 0k37 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

0k37 shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses of any nature
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the 0k37 platform
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside 0k37's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, or third-party payment provider downtime
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to safeguard your 0k37 Login credentials

Suspension & Termination

0k37 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Chargebacks initiated by the Player against 0k37 deposit transactions
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by a minor

Upon account closure, any verified PKR balance remaining after deducting any bonus amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided that no fraud investigation is ongoing. Where a fraud investigation is underway, balances may be frozen for up to 180 days pending resolution.

Players may voluntarily close their 0k37 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses, which are forfeited upon closure.

Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data in connection with your 0k37 account is governed by the 0k37 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Disputes & Governing Law

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 0k37 platform, these Terms, or any transaction conducted on 0k37, the following dispute resolution process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: You must first contact 0k37 support at support at 0k37.org and provide full details of your complaint. 0k37 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.
2. Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 20 business days of initial submission, you may request escalation to 0k37's compliance department for independent review.
3. Arbitration: Disputes that remain unresolved following the escalation process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction under which 0k37 holds its international gaming licence. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

These Terms and all disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law as applicable in 0k37's licensing jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Amendments to Terms

0k37 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 0k37 will notify registered account holders via the email address on file and will display a prominent notice on the 0k37 platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the 0k37 platform — including any 0k37 Login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal — following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
